Appointments

The practice now offers telephone consultations which can only be booked on the day.

If you require an appointment, telephone the surgery on 01509 277577 and the receptionist will ask questions regarding your condition and if required arrange a call back with the clinician.

 

Suspension of Services due to Covid-19 outbreak

We have temporarily suspended the following services at the Medical Centre in line with local and national advice:-

 

    • Online appointment booking

    • Face to face consultations; except where a clinician has already triaged by telephone or video consultation; assessed; and made you an appointment at the surgery themselves.

    • Adult injections other than those relating to cancer treatment
    • Travel vaccinations

 Please consider carefully whether you need to speak to a clinician; many medical problems can be dealt with using simple self-care measures as detailed on the NHS website. https://www.nhs.uk/ or by speaking to your local pharmacist.
