Our surgery opening hours are 07:30 – 18:30 Monday to Friday and our clinicians provide a variety of surgeries between 7.30am and 5:30pm.
Surgery times during and out of the university term times may differ.
How can I make an appointment?
If you require an appointment, telephone the surgery at 8.00am on 01509 277577 and the receptionist will ask questions regarding your condition and if required arrange a call back with the clinician. You can also book an appointment online using SystmOnline here once registered for the service (please see patient services for an application form).
Please note however, that there will also be some telephone appointments available to be pre-booked up to 10 working days in advance.
Please consider carefully whether you need to speak to a clinician; many medical problems can be dealt with using simple self-care measures as detailed on the NHS website or by speaking to your local pharmacist.
If you feel you have a life threatening emergency that requires immediate medical attention, please call 999.
You can be visited at home by a community nurse if you are referred by your GP. You should also be visited at home by a health visitor if you have recently had a baby or if you are newly registered with a GP and have a child under five years.
